Dibujando el Mundo

Dibujando el mundo is an exhibition of the work of a dozen illustrators notable representatives of the five continents. Something distinctive of this exhibition, in addition to the outstanding level of participants, is that instead of a selection of single images, each presents a complete book illustrations allowing visitors to be absorbed into a story.
In Dibujando el mundo -project and curated by Nuria Sadurní and Jorge Lujan participants are: Shaun Tan (Australia), Kveta Pacovská (Czech Rep.), Suzy Lee (Korea), Mandana Sadat (France), Morteza Zahedi (Iran), Piet Grobler (South Africa), Gabriel Pacheco (Mexico), Isol (Argentina), Sara Fanelli (Italy), Baba Wagué Diakite (Mali), Javier Zavala (Spain) and Alejandra Acosta (Chile).
Nuria Sadurní and Jorge Lujan exhibition conceived as a dialogue between Latin American contemporary illustration, and Africa, Europe, Middle East, Asia and Oceania. Franz Mayer Museum enthusiastically welcomed this project and decided to schedule it to coincide with the 34th International Congress of IBBY.
